Who knows a great tax lawyer?

I need a tax lawyer. I am hoping for some advice,and I don’t want to pay forever for it. I am wondering if the best way to handle my issue is to hire an IRS Tax Debt Settlement Company or if I should look for a tax attorney in my area.
I have heard that Tax Settlement Companies hire past IRS agents. Is there truth to this?

Why do you need a lawyer?
Try a CPA or Enrolled Agent first if its a tax question unless it involves planning/setting up accounts for family members or did something illegal.
